These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 247 Call Agent platform and services ("Service"). By signing up for or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business in the United Kingdom to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@247callagent.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
247 Call Agent provides an AI-powered voice agent that answers calls on your behalf. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), and the Telecommunications (Lawful Business Practice) (Interception of Communications) Regulations 2000.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that callers to your business are appropriately informed that their call may be answered and recorded by an AI system. This is a legal requirement under UK law. We recommend including a recorded announcement at the start of every call. Failure to inform callers is your liability, not ours.
You must not use the Service to:
The Service is available on a monthly subscription basis. Pricing is set out on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment is collected automatically via the payment method you provide. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.
New customers may be offered a free 15-call trial. At the end of your 15-call trial, your chosen subscription will begin and payment will be collected. You may cancel before using all 15 calls to avoid charges.
We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel, your Service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@247callagent.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In respect of call data relating to your callers, you act as the data controller and we act as your data processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
All intellectual property in the 247 Call Agent platform, including software, design, trademarks and content, belongs to 247 Call Agent Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
You retain ownership of your own business data, call recordings and transcripts. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service to you.
Important: The Service is provided "as is". While we work hard to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or that the AI will handle every call perfectly. You should not rely solely on the Service as your only means of customer communication.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, 247 Call Agent Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 247 Call Agent Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to comply with applicable laws including caller notification obligations.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be carried out during off-peak hours where possible and notified in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party telephony providers, internet failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 15 calls' notice of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
